Today, 5-Star Power Forward, Billy Preston from the Class of 2017, narrowed his list of schools to four via Instagram(@nolimitbill). The four schools are Arizona, Maryland, USC, and Kansas. He told JP Sports in December that he doesn't plan to make his college decison until his Senior year.
